Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel fabulous in your Never Fully Dressed pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you have 28 days from delivery to return your items for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition with tags still attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select your preferred return option, whether it is a pre-paid label for a refund, or a free exchange for a different size or style.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging and affix the generated shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at a designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
